Have tried the beer can chicken once, it was really yummy!
Bought a new little grill recently, I’ll have to give it a try again.
Be sure to use an aluminium roasting pan under the rack(get the chicken rack, About $20.00 for a dual) so it doesn’t burn the chicken.
