To me, this all fits a pattern in the sense that as these terrorists are educated in the West all they hear is how awful our way of life is. And if they’re not educated in the West, they’re around people who were, many of whom pretend to be “intellectuals.” So the loathing of these Islamists is reinforced by the self-loathing of the Left in our midst.

Asha's father Jamil tonight denied his son had anything to do with the bomb plot. With shaking hands he showed pictures of his son and declared the young man's innocence.
Just like Mohammed Atta's father. How touching.

Yeah, well, Zwahiri is a doctor, too. Makes no difference. Once they get the information on the next guy up the chain, kill him. One more cockroach put to bed.

I COULD GIVE A RATS A## HOW BRILLIANT, He is an animal! And who labeled him brilliant? He could’t have been so smart he got caught! I am so not interested in his family and his life as a young student and an aspiring doctor, The media will spin a human interest story around this PIG and try to convince you lemmings that he was always misunderstood and had every reason to plan a sadistic murder plot against Innocent civilians. We have to get tough on these animals NOW!!!!! Islam is a cult and they want nothing more than an Islamic world free from infidels! Wake UP PEOPLE!

Some terrorism expert on Fox today said that this shouldn’t surprise us since the guy second to Bin Laden is a surgeon, and Zawahiri was a pediatrician. Doctors would have easy access to radio-active materials and all sorts of chemicals, very useful to jihadis.

I am sure this is just a mistake , The Brits are profiling Arab doctors, instead of 80 year old ladies.S/

I wish they'd quit calling these ragheaded heathens physicians....

Another medic, Iraqi junior doctor Bilal Abdulla Every person named Bilal I ever met came from another nationality than that of Middle Eastern origin. Not saying it doesn't make the list of traditional Muslim names but it was very popular with converts ( some Americans ) and I don't think I ever heard of an Arab with that name. They were all Clymers. Could there be more to this guy's story?

Perhaps this explains why few great medical advances come out of the muslim world. Just a theory.

Don’t these people have any imagination about names? It seems that over half of them are named “Mohammed” (or variations thereof) as either a first or last name.

"He was a devout Muslim but not strict," retired teacher Jameel Abdul Qader Asha, 55, said from Jordan. "He prayed like any Muslim but was not a fanatic," said Asha, the father of eight children, including three doctors. He was seated at his home in the Jordanian capital Amman, holding a photograph of his serious-looking 26-year-old son, Mohammed.
If this guy wasn't a fanatic, I'm guessing I don't want to be meeting a fanatic.
