A) Bush drove the nail in himself. He didn't need any help. Indeed, blaming conservative Republicans for Bush's political fallout is the same kind of inane logic that got the Republicans put into the minority in 06. It's always someone else's fault.

B) The [lunatic] idea that offically open borders and amnesty for 12 million illegals was somehow going to get Democrat hispanics to vote Republican is beyond bizzare. It is an indication of delusions so great that one has to doubt whether the proponents of such nonsense are even partially grounded in reality. It is so goofy that I can't even think of a suitable analogy.
