Hmmm ... so which one of Bloomberg's policies do you believe is helping NYC the most? The total smoking ban? Perhaps the transfat ban? Could it possibly being suing the Indian Reservations for selling cigarettes at cheaper prices? Perhaps it's the upcoming "congestion" tax?
