The point was never for them to become citizens. That is why the fines and back taxes were injected for those seeking citizenship. The point was to make them legal but still dirt poor, willing to work for the low wages.

I'll venture an answer. Hell No!!!! And if that stupid bill had passed, the millions of spouses, offspring, and so on would join the workforce at full wages and hump for benefits. What a nightmare!

You forget that the traitors are saying that the illegals will do work no Americans will do.

What they forget is that once the illegals become Americans, we will need more illegals to do the work Americans won't do. And then we legalize more illegals and make them Americans, and then we don't have illegals to do the work Americans won't do and then we legalize more immigrants to do work Americans won't do, and then ....

Vicious circle and few seem to get it.
