I've met a few of the people directing this event. They are highly intense and focused.
I’m conducting a wedding that day...at 7pm.
The bride is a young lady who grew up through my youth group. A bright young lady and a hard worker.
I wonder if the local media will cover the prayer metting at LP.
Participants in a Pre-Call gathering met at L.P. Field in Nashville in March to pray for TheCall Nashville. The main event, during which tens of thousands will fast and pray, will take place in the stadium from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. July 7.
Lou Engle is organizer of TheCall movements in America.
This will be the eighth Call event in the country, and more than 100,000 people are expected to attend with prayer and fasting.
Precious People,
This should be a good thing.
I have been praying for revival in this land for decades, along with many.
I just have one question......
Why, at minute marker 1:16 on to about 1:34 or so, in the short promotional video at this link, do they talk about harvest coming in and society changing through a “music revolution”...?????

When Biblical repentance took place, I recall Samuel’s ministry to Israel, especially ch 7, 10, and 12 in 1 Samuel, there was sorrow for sin. It is true there was no festival, but a fast.....I think you would have received a cold stare from Samuel if you had declared that Israel would change due to a “music revolution”........
We know in our own lives the great anguish for the offense against God that sin is, if we allow the Holy spirit to help us rightly repent. What great joy in conviction of sin, a chance to return to the LORD, and great love and thankfulness for His forgiveness.
I know the organizers can not make people repent, or even feel convicted for sin, or even sorrow very much for the evil in their own hearts, let alone this country. Only the Holy Spirit can do that.
Why the music thing? What is that?
What?
1Sa 7:5 Then Samuel said, “Gather all Israel at Mizpah, and I will pray to the LORD for you.”
