This is such BS, it would be almost amusing if the situation wasn’t so horribly dangerous. This guy is doing the people he serves a great disservice by blatantly lying to them.
Some people really do believe that being nice to the enemy will get them to like us. History has proven them wrong, but they continue to hope.
