Pardon me, but suddenly we are way off wavelength. I have no clue why you are fighting me.
Even if somebody wished for such a thing, the LAST thing you’d do is announce in advance
differently than I did. I used to think Bush had to pretend the Saudis were our friends because a total cut off of oil would be a disaster for us. I used to think he praised moderate Islam because we needed the port and land based access that got us. I used to think that Bush was saying, "Nice Doggie," while looking for a big rock to hit the dog with. I'm not so sure anymore.
Like Gonzo I'm wondering if some thing has "happened" to him like his rediscovering alcohol or even something far out like his NWO daddy and pals doing something to him.
I realize fiction isn't necessarily based on reality, but art and life do occasionally imitate each other.
In 24 when Jack Bauer's evil daddy kidnapped and threatened his own grandson, I was struck by how much daddy Bauer even looked like daddy Bush, let alone the obvious parallels of the China connection and total contempt for the well being or sovereignty of the USA.
In the beginning I made W as a NWO clone of daddy, but, given the choices available to us, I voted for him and hoped for the best--that his alleged religious conversion was real and that he really answered to God and not NWO daddy even while he remained a loyal son in other ways.
I still don't know if he was always a NWO puke putting on a Christian act for the suckers, or if some thing happened or was done to him to account for the change.
