If anyone wants to know why Muslims the world over tell pollsters the United States is at war with Islam, just read President Bush's speech at the Islamic Center of Washington, especially the part about American-style religious freedom -- in the president's words, "what we wish for the world."

Oh, waaah. Of COURSE the President gives speeches that reach out to muslims that aren’t radicalized. You really expect that ANY President will do something different?
In what parallel universe would it be a good thing for him to declare the ninth Crusade and promise the extermination of a billion and a half muslims? And make no mistake... That’s how any agressive stance would be played.
Even if somebody wished for such a thing, the LAST thing you’d do is announce in advance.

I was taken by the notion that dhimmitude isn’t something that might happen to us someday far down the road, but it’s something that is happening to us, by degrees, RIGHT NOW.
I will say that it isn’t just musselmen that are liable to go in and shoot up a church or synagogue. There are a lot of sick twisted freaks out there spawned by the satanic culture that has so much of this country in it’s hooks. The synagogues certainly have the most to fear from the muzzles, but the churches seem to get victimized by occidentals.

If you want to encourage Islamic moderation then encourage it, instead of extremism.
Read the text of the President’s speech and tell me where in it he is encouraging Islamic extremism.
Need I remind you that we have at least two crucial allies in the Muslim nations of Iraq and Afghanistan. Shall we just condemn them all and be done with it?
