The Air Force grounded me in 1990 when I was also a TSgt for “Addison’s Disease” and it broke my heart, but they did let me stay in to finish my career. I am elated for this young man being able to get back in the game even though he was unable to stay in the weapon system he loved. The most fun I ever had with my clothes was flying for the Air Force. Not a day goes by that I wish I could fly again, but good to see some of our heroes are not having that privilege yanked from them. Go Air Force!
