He is a marxist revolutionary that I had never heard of. He is relevant to today, how?
The ‘designer cynicism’ comment refers to Gramsci’s intentional plan to cause dismay and disenchantment with all of Western Civilization’s institutions.
When we understand the strategy, we can see that the institutions themselves are FINE, it’s just that we must remove those who have infiltrated and are covering for one another.
By exposing the strategy we can take hope and take action to clean up the mess.
The ship is not sinking. The U.S. Constitution is fine. It just needs to be enforced.
