It’s the Sidebar Moderator’s discretion to move this to Breaking News or keep in FrontPage. I thought that since this is an update, it would be more appropriate to post it to FrontPage.
If this isn’t put in breaking then it would be very helpful to ammend the title of the first car bomb thread to show that another car bomb has been found.
This second finding changes everything. Thank God they didn’t blow.
