“More than half of Americans won’t vote for Clinton, poll shows”

Yeah—but then there is that illegal immigrant vote to be considered...

When I see polls like this, it reinforces (at least to me) that Hillary Clinton is a polarizing figure that turns off a sizable segment of voters.

Having said that, I don’t understand how Rush Limbaugh can say there’s an 80% that she’ll get elected President.

I agree that the MSM (print, TV) will be in the bag for her. But her unfavorable ratings are so strong that I’m not sure she can overcome that - even with the help of the MSM.

Well, Rush does like to buzz people up. It helps his ratings.

That was the case for Bill’s first election. He only got 42% of the vote. Watch for Hillary and Soros to sponsor another 3rd party candidate to split the conservative voters further away form the GOP.

It doesn’t matter. Any Democrat who loses a close election will roll out the “disenfrachised black voters”, “disenfrachised elderly voters”, “Diebold errors”, “we demand a recount in THESE precincts only”, etc., etc., and we will have the endless recounts and MSM whining for months after the elections.....

I can’t imagine he believes that, either.

I think it’s his way of trying to mobilize conservatives against her.

Too many people hate Hillary from the get-go.

Maybe Rudy when he loses the primary. I think Bloomberg would work against the Dims.

Hey, if it takes a “vast right wing conspiracy”, so be it.

Before shamnesty was killed, Hillary Clinton was in line to become the President as Rush had predicted.

After yesterday I finally believe that the GOP has a legitimate shot at the White House in ‘08 and look for Rush to drop the 80% as well.

At a macro level, Bush has screwed on too many issues recently and that is an albatross around the GOP. Shamnesty’s loss will give the eventual nominee a strong plank on immigration that most people agree with and seen as different from Bush. It will give the GOP a way to not be toed at the hip with Bush without having to denounce the Iraq war. It has also energized the GOP bases so yesterday was huge loss for Hillary, it may have been the death knell for her.

I wish that we could depend on this poll. I still see many Freepers (Conservatives) that say they won’t vote for Rudy, Romney or McCain even against Hildebeast.
Hildebeast will have $$$ to get her people to the polls.

Watch for Hillary and Soros to sponsor another 3rd party candidate to split the conservative voters further away form the GOP.

Once Fred declares, grabs a big lead and forces McCain, Brownback, Huckabee, Tancredo, Hunter - and, yes, Romney - out of the race, and in the process satisfies 95% of the conservatives out there with his stands on the issues, no such run will take place.

Barring a disaster, Fred's the next President. Hillary knows that she can't beat him, and all of the Dems are scared shiiteless. That's why we've had a spate of anti-Fred reports come out in the last week or so (e.g. he's an - sit down and get ready - EEEEVILLLLL Lobbyist!). Too bad no one cares. 57% and 375-400 EV's.

This is not a problem for Hillary until she gets to the General Election. She has her stalking horse, Mayor Bloomberg, entering the race to try & pull a ‘Ross Perot’ on us. She hopes that Bloomberg will peel-off the socially-liberal/fiscally-conservative suburbanites who seem to think government can be run like a business. Who better to run the show than a proven, wealth CEO? She’ll poll the shi- out of the electorate until she figures out how to eke out a plurality. Oh, and it will be a dirty election cycle. Lots of name-calling to try to drive down the turnout, and or drive the wishy-washy undecideds to the third-party — those she can’t directly rope herself, that is.

At least according to this poll it is likely that more than half our population aren’t stupid enough to vote for Mrs. Bill Clinton. That’s not bad but it could be better.

” I think it’s his way of trying to mobilize conservatives against her.”

Bingo. Not only that, but in order to recapture the Congress the conservatives need to be motivated to go out in force. Hillary is the perfect instrument for a guy like Rush to use for that goal.

You know, if I was a paranoid DUmmie, I’d begin to wonder if a certain female Senator from NY, who was a self-admitted “Goldwater Girl” was really a plant, an ultra-longterm, top secret mole...who answers directly to Karl Rove.

More non-registered voters will cast ballots in 2008 than at in any time in history...

I don’t understand how Rush Limbaugh can say there’s an 80% that she’ll get elected President.

Here's why.

Bill got in both times because of Perot's third party candidacies.

Expect Bloomberg or McCain to pull the same stunt.

Hillary doesn't need a majority. She needs about 42%.

Everyone should go down to city/town hall and change their registration to dhimmicrat for the primaries, vote for “the beast” and then back again for the general.
