The root cause of crime is criminals. How about toughening laws that punish crimes and lock up criminals? But I can see they're not for that at all. They want to disarm law-abiding Philadelphians and demand the repeal of the Second Amendment. The violence is NOT being caused by those who conceal carry inside the city limits.

To address the problem .. they'd first have to look in the mirror .. because THEY let the drug gang problem go on far too long
