Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that a “Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day” should be established.
I wonder what brought this up?
Veterans Day has been and is quite sufficient.....IMO there is no reason or need to separate Vietnam Veterans from all others like this.
A unanimous vote. Even my Congressman Keith Ellison voted for it.
You know where the first place someone thanked me for my service in Vietnam was? Moscow, 1991, right after the fall of communism there. Pretty ironic,huh?
