How many of you out there know of companies that have dozens of illegal workers on the payroll. What will it take to bring these companies to justice?

Other than for show-boating or necessary photo-ops, we probably won't see much enforcement.

Now that the Comprehensive Latin American Relocation & Enrichment Act of 2007 is dead, I do hope to see some piecemal enforcement legislation brought up and passed.

The IRS has lists of all duplicate social security numbers used by employers. THEY WON’T TURN IT OVER TO I.C.E.
