Politicalmom, I listened to the debates about the immigration bill and one of the senators said that we currently have six “guest worker programs” in effect. I don’t remember who said this but do you know if this is true? If so why do we need another one?
I think there are 8. I don’t know what the programs are.
Personally, I think they should all be combined, and that the workers should have a good percentage of their pay held back until they leave the country.
