I'm actually shocked that Bayh (D-IN) voted NO. Of course he probably has some rationalization that has nothing to do with America and our sovereignty.

Not supposed about Lugar's Yea vote though. He's a RINO and has to GO! Unfortunately he's safe until 2012.

Here's the story behind those numbers, folks . . . Look at all the NO votes from Democrats in "Red" states.

At first glance, it looks like Stabenow (MI) is the only Democrat from a "Blue" state to vote NO.

The other story behind those numbers is that a substantial portion of the Republican Party is perfectly content to pitch George W. Bush overboard before he leaves office.

Kyl (R-AZ)

It is sad, really, that Senator Jon Kyl has gone from stalwart conservative Republican Senator to supporting this amnesty crap. He has really pissed off a great number of Republicans in Arizona over this and he will feel the heat when he runs for re-election. What's more sad is that Republicans in Arizona mostly detest McCain, but we can't get rid of him. But Kyl may be one that we can get rid of and, despite his support of this amnesty garbage this time around, he's far better than McCain ever was.

I’m concerned about Bennett. Both C-Span and Michelle Malkin have Bennett voting FOR cloture, not against. What is the truth?

Looks like some deaf RINOs finally pulled out their earplugs. Then again, they’re probably just running for cover for fear of the next election.

Voinovich was on Sean Hannity’s radio show and Voinovich removed all doubt of his own ignorance on illegal immigration. He wilted from the questions fired at him by Hannity. He also told, Hannity he would never had come on the show if he knew it was going to be like that. This man is a coward and cannot defend his convictions.

He was asked about the fairness doctrine and said, that he thought fairness was good. I cannot believe this ignoramus is a senator. He is clueless about what is going on. What does he do in DC attend parties?

The Senate site lists Craig (RINO-ID) as having voted for cloture.... He needs retired too, if that ain’t a typo.

You know that Shamnesty was a joke of a bill when the socialist (Sanders) votes against it...

The ones that voted for cloture should not be considered Americans anymore.

Especially Graham, McCain, Spectre and Martinez. Their actions were simply embarrassing and insulting to American Citizens that care about our Sovereignty.

RINOS: Graham (R-SC), Gregg (R-NH), Hagel (R-NE), Kyl (R-AZ), Lott (R-MS), Lugar (R-IN), Martinez (R-FL),McCain (R-AZ), Snowe (R-ME), and Specter (R-PA).

Never to be trusted. The sooner we are rid of them the better.

Immigration/RINOs

Add bush to the list. He's exhausted what little political capital he had left on this misguided cause. His hopelessly weakened presidency will now be under relentless attack from both right and left. He will be the lamest of lame ducks in history and 2008 can't come soon enough.

Just the fact that all those Republicans, like Bond and Burr, would have voted for an amnesty bill if it just had some better provisions in there, is scary. There is only on way to look at the immigration problem: Enforce the law. That means employer sanctions, build a fence, staff the BP, deputize the locals, stop paying their social services, and deport those that come into your grasp. Most of those here will self-deport if their jobs and benefits dry up, and employers will stop hiring them if they risk going to jail.

Where’s the fence and the conveyor belt to send the illegals back to their own countries.

Prediction! Senator Grah-AM-NESTY will be defeated by the good people of South Carolina in the next election. Meanwhile, they must work very hard to find a candidate to replace him!

As much as it sickens me to see that Judd Greg voted for this piece of crap, it is misleading to label him as a RINO.

As far as I am concerned those that voted to continue and then changed to no got something for that original vote, I am sick of the Washington game where votes are bought and sold or pressured. I suspect Voinovich only changed his vote cause conservative America got to see what an out of touch fool he is on Hannity’s show.
