“Duncan Hunter is the man for the job. He’s one of the biggest friends that Americans have in DC. He should be our next President.”

Agreed. Hunter is one of the few people left that actually has some sense. We’ve got to let America know about him. If we can get enough support for him, he will win the GOP nomination.

"Wow. Guns a blaziing. No wonder the MSM did not cover this. He's leap in the polls instantly."

...exactly! The media want us to nominate a liberal, and if not that, one who is controlled by Libertarians and former Libertarians (those in the closet during the campaigns). And Libertarians want to "Repeal all measures that punish employers for hiring undocumented workers. Repeal all immigration quotas." [From the current Libertarian Platform. See the last two sentences.] And they're somewhat covertly backing a candidate who's running as a Republican.

Stiff lecturing style, bad case of foot in mouth disease, humorless (despite the forced toothy grin), and foolish enough to jump into the Illinois race.

Like a said, great mind. The black Newt. Root canals both.

I just wish the press would give him more coverage. Even in the debates, he was asked less questions than the others were because they don't see him as a top 3 contender.

"Well, that comes out to about %1, unfortunately.
I don’t understand. With his views, he should be whipping the top 3 easily.
"

It's hard to beat bandwagons of cheerleaders at first. Look up some information about the "bandwagon approach" sometime. Dissemination of factual evidence takes more time.

Have a look at the Giuliani campaign. It's sinking, not because of people being more for someone else, but rather those who have learned more about the facts and are turning against it.

Ron Paul is not the big pick for the LP, Club for Growth and others of that kind. Thompson is.

Personally I would feel a lot more secure if Duncan was Homeland Security Director.

This guy Chertoff is a suck up bureaucrat wanting to please the open borders crowd.

I hate to make such a far out comment about Chertoff.

However, he might due to malfeasance let one of our cities be bombed rather than do his job of enforcing border security.

Keep up the good work, Pissant! I enjoyed reading this press conference. I agreed with Hunter 100%. Of course the media ignores him. He’s the one the left is terrified of. He goes against everything they stand for. He is a staunch, valued conservative who is perfect for America. I hope he can begin to gain traction because he would be the perfect man for the job in 2008. I’d love to see him in debates with the Hildabeast. He’d tear her to shreds. :)

I’m not talking about an open endorsement for the nomination, BTW. ...only what the publications and leaders of sub-groups are saying.

“I just wish the press would give him more coverage. Even in the debates, he was asked less questions than the others were because they don’t see him as a top 3 contender.”

Because the press is so focused on McCain, Giuliani, and Romney. Those are the “favorites.” We’ve got to get the message out that there’s better people out there than those three....aka Duncan Hunter.

My statement on Libertarians and who they’ll support probably looks strange in light of what we’ve seen up front. That’s understandable.

But if you have the time over the next few days, could we share some info on that? I’m comprising a list of endorsements from various people in that Party.

He does a pretty good job in very limited minutes winning the GOP debates too.
