My question to Freepers, can a United States senator be recalled by the voters of his state somewhat like the recall of the former governor of California Gray Davis or California Supreme Court Justice Rose Byrd?

Can a sitting United States Senator be recalled?

No. United States Senator is a Federal office and is not subject to recall. Senator McCain and, I believe, Kyl have signed a pledge that, should a recall initiative be successful, they would voluntarily step down or submit to a special election.

No, only some state officials can be recalled and then it is on a state by state bias
