Especially after last week when Paul and his partner Kucinich were the only Congresspeople to vote against condemning Ahmadinejad for inciting genocide. Last I checked, the constitution charged the executive branch with foreign diplomacy.

That isn't why Paul voted against it though:
This resolution is an exercise in propaganda that serves one purpose: to move us closer to initiating a war against Iran.
Spinning his vote as some sort of principled defense of the Constitution doesn't make any sense considering his speech on why he voted against it.
