Neo-Nutsies bring frustration, anger -- and joy

So, what's going on with you? Nothing much? Wish I could say the same.

As you may know if you've seen CNN or read the paper, yours truly has lately been the target of death threats and harassment from the ranks of the not-so-tightly-wrapped. This, after a June 3 column about the torture murder of a young white couple, allegedly by four African Americans. My column took on white supremacists and far right bloggers who contend that this ''genocide'' -- their word -- goes unremarked by news media too PC to report black-on-white crime.

It was an argument made for ridiculing and I did my best, pointing out that black-on-white crime, a relative statistical rarity, is not underreported but, in fact, over-reported, according to any number of studies and experts. This offended a self-professed neo-Nazi leader whose name you won't read here. So he got on his little neo-Nutsy website and posted my home address and phone number. It's been game on ever since -- 400 e-mails, dozens of phone calls, leaflets on my neighbor's driveway.

Black on white crime is by no means a "statistical rarity" when compared to white on black crime, and all of Pitt's sneering about the double standard used by the mainstream press in reporting it doesn't make it any less true.

If calling Pitt's a demagogue and a bald-faced liar makes me a "neo-nutsy" I'll wear the label with pride.

The Pulitzer Prize carries about as much prestige these days as the Nobel Peace Prize.

There's actually more black-on-white violent crime than black-on-black. I would imagine that things have held mostly the same since this 1999 Walter Williams article which reported on National Crime Victimization Study numbers:

Another finding of the NCVS report is that of the 2,025,464 violent crimes committed by blacks in 1994, 1,140,670 were against whites -- that's slightly over 56 percent. Whites committed 5,114,692 violent crimes; 135,360, or 2.6 percent were against blacks.

Neo-Nazis are the scum of the Earth, but Leonard Pitts is a sloppy, lying journalist who tries to lump good-American conservatives with neo-Nazis while he compares himself to black American icons. This tells you all you need to know about what it takes to get a Pulitzer.

That’s becming a common tactic among anti-gun newsies in CCW states. There was a big stink about it in VA a few months ago when some twit at the Roanoke News published a CCW list- a lot of the people on that list were either current or retired LEO’s who had threats against them by criminals they had sent to the slammer and domestic violence victims who did not want their psycho ex’s to know where they were.

These people need to be slapped down hard when they pull this crap.

What really stinks is conservatives, those of us who want to see the black man succeed through personal achivement, ownership of his home and means of income, respect for community and the law, are lumped in with morons who write stuff like:

“You should be back in a damn mud and dung hut you nappy headed ho”

and

“Who’s crying now, you affirmative action ape?”

Everybody has the right to free speech. But it sure would be nice if folks engaged their brain first.

You get up to ten, maybe twenty thousand posts in FR and you will find them pretty regularly.

Or go over to one of the leftwing boards and sign up. You'll get lots of them even if you never post anything.

I see your point. (No, I’ve never received an online death threat.) But the difference between you and the Pitts is that his address and phone number have been posted on line. people know where to find him and his family. That’s not the same as a death threat on line from one anonymous to another anonymous.

Once upon a time when I was trying to organize a union at postal headquarters the Inspection Service decided I was dangerous and started running a 24/7 phone-tap on me.

They managed to intercept most of the death threats.

Everybody in the shop thought it was a laugh riot that postal management (and this was when Jimmuh Kkkartuh was President and the majority of the postal Board of Governors were romping, stomping, far left fanatic Democrats) ended up giving me what amounted to personal bodyguard service.

We had a couple of folks who actually were given witness protection service by the US Marshals Service because of death threats emanating from the same cluster of scum who orbited around the Kkkarter BOG.
