The fleet is run by the National Iranian Tanker Company, which is a subsidiary of NIOC."
Earlier in same article, NIOC is mentioned as being a Swiss owned trading firm.

Check that again. It said: with swaps handled by Naftiran Intertrade Co. (Nico), the Swiss-based trading arm of NIOC

Nico is a a Swiss-based portion of NIOC. It does not say NIOC is a Swiss owned firm.
