Totally meaningless. As long as the Mullah’s have all the guns, they’ll have all the power. If the people get uppity, well, that’s nothing a few beheadings and some public beatings won’t cure.

When the mullahs recall all of the soldiers and paid insurgents back to Iran to put down civil unrest then and only then is something of significance beginning to happen.
