Maybe there are jobs for a guy who doesn't have the atttiude that he won't get off his rear end for less than $35/hr.

Michigan has all kinds of jobs, but a hell of a lot of lazy residents find it easier to collect unemployment.

Dearborn, just out of Detroit, has a very large and fairly well-established Iraqi population. I'd be more surprised if the incoming 'fugees settled elsewhere.

Largest Muslim population in country. If I am not mistaken I think the Canadian born Governor wanted them. The state is not in bad enough shape—they need more poverty.
