Is 6’1” 190# skinny?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

That used to be a very big man but now it is not so unusual to see 13 year olds who weigh more than you. I am 6’4” and the last time I weighed 190 was long ago and I looked like a beanpole. My metabolism has slowed down to the point that I eat a small fraction of what you say you eat and work out in the gym 3 days a week for about 2 hours each trip and I still weigh about 265 stepping into the shower. I am gradually losing fat but I still weigh the same. It seems I have a choice between heavy and fat or heavy and muscular. Given that choice I prefer heavy and muscular. I now wear size 38 pants and size 52 coat, I used to wear size 33 pants and a 44 coat. I envy you!
I suppose I should be happy that I am very healthy at 63 and my blood pressure runs about 115 over 65. I pick wild blackberries in the South Carolina sun for fun so I am probably mentally deranged.

I must have the same derangement. I pick wild blackberries, black raspberries, dewberries, elderberries, and gooseberries on my property.

There are also black and English walnuts, hickory nuts, and several kinds of mushrooms.

I also do a lot of hunting and fishing ( private pond) on my property.

I wonder if eating lots of wild foods plays a part in metabolism?
