Prison break Neo-Nazi capturedBy LUCY WATERLOW June 26, 2007 THIS white supremacist prisoner killed a correction officer by wrestling a gun from him and shooting him in the head.
Heavily tattooed Curtis Allgier, whose body looks like that of Prison Break character Michael Schofield, then made his own escape bid. He led police on a high-speed chase in a stolen sport utility vehicle before his capture at a fast-food restaurant when a heroic customer grabbed his gun. Allgier, 27, whose many tattoos include a swastika and the words "skin head" on his face, was taken to jail to await charges and could face the death penalty. He had been an inmate at the Utah State Prison in the Salt Lake City after he was sentenced to nearly nine years in federal prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm in June. He had not been transferred yet to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons. The drama unfolded when he was in an examination room at the University of Utah, which serves as a regional medical centre, awaiting an MRI for back pain with corrections officer, Stephen Anderson. The corrections department regularly transports prisoners there for medical appointments. Police Chief Scott Folsom said: "There was some sort of altercation. The inmate got hold of the weapon and shot the officer." Anderson, 60, was shot in the head, authorities said. Allgier then forced two people out of a Ford Explorer outside the medical centre and was chased by officers at speeds up to 100 mph. Two Salt Lake City squad cars crashed into each other while trying to cut off Allgier but there were no serious injuries. Cops placed tire spikes on the road to try and stop him but he still was able to drive several miles before bailing out at a fast-food restaurant's drive-through lane. About six other customers and three employees were inside the restaurant and one was able to wrested the gun from Allgier before he was apprehended by police. |
It would probably fit in a bowling ball bag just fine, but I wouldn't want to insult and disrespect a fine, upstanding American Bowling Alley with it's presence :-)
(there would also be the issue of bits falling off of it and getting caught up in the ball-return machinery, which would not be courteous to the Management or the other bowlers)

No arguments here. I wonder, when he's not in prison, how does someone like that exist? I mean, he's not going to be hired anywhere. Does he eat and live throughout his entire life by stealing money and food? Who would rent an apartment to someone like that? Does he live his whole life in a stolen tent in the woods, eating squirrels and stealing from campers?
Years ago, I contemplated a career as a prison employee, since we have several up here. Decent wage+benefits. I have back and neck injuries, so I didn’t pursue it.
I sure as hell wouldn’t hire either of those charmers. They live off stupid women who collect welfare or Disability checks. They are probably drug dealers, and fence stolen goods for dope/40 oz’ers. They’re too stupid to be able to live off the land.
Thank you very much for your reply and your interesting information. I’m sorry to hear of your back and neck difficulties, and although it kept you from one promising career I sincerely hope that it hasn’t been much more of a problem for you than that. One can oftentimes take comfort that it’s God’s will, and perhaps by you not working in the prison system, perhaps you were spared a terrible fate that would have befallen you there. I wish you good luck in your current pursuits.
What you say about how these scum must live certainly makes a lot of sense, thank you. I suppose that trash like this must have some ‘enablers’ who make their ‘lifestyle’ possible. I’m thinking also that perhaps when I’ve heard about “Aryan Nation” and “Aryan Brotherhood” and such idiocy, that may also be part of what it means....they work together to support each other....so it’s really nothing more than a criminal enterprise with this silly Nazi ideology as a facade.....although I’m sure that they are ‘true believers’.
Thanks very much for your helpful reply and best wishes to you.
