In other words, when not told that they were discussing the senate bill known as amnesty, the questions were able to be phrased in such a manner as to solicit the prescribed response, indicating public support. Shocking news, isnt it?"
They are "polling" out all the stops to push through amnesty...
It seems they have these numbers backwards and this column lays it out beautifully!
This is a freakin’ lie. The point is, anyone can make ANY POLL say whatever they want it to, by asking the right people the right questions in the right location.
You want a poll that says America believes the earth is square — no problem.
SCREW 70% OF AMERICA
Liars. Disgusting liars.
That's exactly what this so-called poll does.
Read the column!
READ THE COLUMN!
READ THE COLUMN!!!
Screw all that 70% except 6 of them. Save the 6 for pall bearers!!!!
I'm not sure how many ways I can say BS ... but this is a good thread to find out

(no doubt it will answer, “press 1 for espanol...”)
And to think Bashar Assad only got 97% of the vote in Syria.
And Ron Paul only got 120% in some recent internet polls.
Same credibility.
The debate is over how stiff the penalties should be and whether the current bill imposes adequate safeguards and penalties.
Dear politician. Buy the wrong pollster, get the wrong poll numbers, and you misread public opinion. Then you will be scratching your head when you lose at the polls. One can lie with polls, but one cannot lie with election results.
This is opinion polling on crack! Any questions?
There are lies, there are damn lies, then there is statistics.
Question:
Given your options would you rather:
1) Have the Senate and House pass the current immigration legislation
or
2) Suffer the death of 1000 cuts
What would it mean if 70% of America chose option 1...Does it mean anything at all? No, I do not think so.
Like the other posters before me have said, its all in the questions you ask :)
Good article.
I personally support amnesty. But I do **not** support this bill. The fence needs to be built first, along with beefed up border security, before any compromise is made. The Democrats, who can’t be trusted to fund our troops, certainly cannot be trusted to build what they think is a racist fence. And I don’t trust the GOP these days either.
Secure the border!
What a total crock !!!!
