Posse Comitatus is a big problem in getting this idea approved, and some insiders would argue that U.S. Spec Ops already routinely operate inside the U.S., with them being most prominently deployed as “advisors” during the Waco Siege in 1993.
Perhaps, when NorthComm realizes that they took a oath to protect and defend the Constitution and realize that we are being invaded will I begin to listen to them.
Also, when the Executive branch believes we are at War and gives sentry powers to our Border Patrol that enable them to shoot first and ask questions later.
Posse comitatus is an outdated law that should have been repealed thirty years ago.
Think about it - posse comitatus virtually ensures that our military can only be used outside of the United States. Who defends OUR borders?
Redeploy our military to our borders - NOW.
