When you buy Citgo fuel or some of his “reduced price” Citgo home heating oil - THIS IS WHAT YOU SUPPORT!! I always buy ABC fuel - Anything But Citgo!
I think they are always a penny or 2 cheaper because they stole the energy infrastructure from private companies and aren't saddled with such 'development' costs.
When you buy from them you are feeding the enemy.
