“Maricle Whip” (by which, I assume you mean, Miracle Whip) contains soybean oil, which is an inferior culinary product, and should be banned. It tastes like the odor of Wet Dog.
Try plain yogurt instead. Tastier, and much healthier.
I can’t digest commercial yogurt. I recently discovered KEFIR however. It is in a class by itself, even the commercial variety. It has 10 times the live culture varieties of yogurt, if the yogurt had any at all, and it can recolonize your entire digestive/immune system with the correct bacteria.
Lactose intolerant? who cares, the bacteria in KEFIR predigest it for you, no problem.
Replace that nasty stuff with REAL DUCK EGGS or, if you don’t have any around the house, REAL GOOSE EGGS which are in plentiful supply in recent times.
