Of couse he can. Our Constitution gaurantees him the right to act as follish as he likes.Sure he can put on his little show. At the same time it should not be that he is insulated from the consequences of his tired act.
If there were no big government schools he would have to find a private school that thought his antics were just dandy. A private school should be able to boot his tail right out the door so he could find a school where his example was considered darling.
Just another reason to dismantle the big government school monstrosity.
