Cop shoulda shot the deer...done his job.Did anybody read the story? The cop's judgment was that it was not a safe situation to fire. I don't know enough to question his judgment.

If had shot the deer right away he could have used the two hours he stood there to do the paperwork.

Maybe if you hit it with a rubber raft and he landed inside the boat.

Nope.....my wife saw the TV interview with the woman who called him and was there and he told her he did not want to do the paperwork
