Last i heard he was on the run and had some form of cancer.
That’s Izzat Al-Duri. He is probably hiding in Syria and is regarded as key organizer of the (Baathist) Terrorists in Iraq. There have been several unconfirmed reports of his death due to cancer.
Perhaps you may have him confused with Tariq Aziz?
This guy is also in custody, "suffering" from heart problems, diabetes, and hopefully a number of other extremely painful ailments.
With any luck, he'll survive long enough to swing from the rope.
We should make every effort to keep these murderers alive. Just long enough so that they know exactly when and how they are going to die...unlike their victims.
