What is a "uni polar" World

A uni polar world is one in which the United Nations is the ‘controller’ of everything. We are fast approaching the situation where it could happen. 20 to 40 years and we should be there. We’ve got our head in the noose already.

The world needs ONE unchallenged power that is good and acts as its moral abitrer. That power is the United States. The United States has earned that power. The left will have us believe that a uni polar world is dangerous, but it's a bi polar world that is dangerous. In a bi polar world almost by definition the other power is evil because it opposes the good (us) and there is no clear line of authority.

Are there any particular areas of the article that you could point out as not far fetched or as another poster put it he felt it was all propaganda.

Not knowing international affairs I wondered if I should even post it.
However with the borders wide open yet the War on Terror and our troops over in the ME I wonder (naive but still) what the heck is going on big picture wise in this world.
