What a parody you create! Do you attribute the zeal of Muslim suicide murderers to the Holy GHost? 'Cause they too have zeal for their beliefs. Are you familiar with the History of Hinduism? Ever heard of the Assassins? Zeal even unto death is no measure of the presence of the Holy Ghost, sevenbak. You ought to know that. And if you want to focus upon good works and peaceful natures, ever heard of Ba'hai, or read about devout Buddhists? Hundreds of thousands of Ba'hai were slaughtered in Persia/Iran for their faith. You want to equate Joe with Jesus in mob violence toward Joe. Give it a rest, sevenbak.

Your prophet will never measure up to The Lord, too much is known about him and his tricks, his long list of wives, many of whom were already married to other men. And we need not go again into Smith's bold and demonically inspired effort to rewrite the Bible inorder to include false prophecies of his advent 'in these latter days'.

MHGinTN, you can’t equate the “religion of peace” to the true Gospel of Christ, so don’t even try. So many of these claims that you have against Joseph Smith fall apart when compared to biblical prophets. It’s just makes me yawn, to be honest.

What is boils down to me, besides the personal witness that I have from the Holy Ghost, is that I need to judge the true religion from it’s fruits. You and so many of your FRiends keep looking at the tree, the branches, dig up the roots, and get your hands (and minds) dirty in the digging up process. It’s very clear from the scriptures that the fruit is where we are supposed to look to find the truth, not the tree, or the roots.

Look at the fruits my FRiend. Look at what a follower of Christ is supposed to do, act, and live. I have done so, as have millions of others.

I’m afraid that others are simply trying to BARK up the wrong TREE... Pun intended...
