You have massively expanded the discussion, AMPU, and, while your descriptions are essentially accurate, I don’t want to go there. My post dealt with our beliefs on “grace by faith” and “grace by faith and works.” You didn’t answer that question:
“What is so different about our positions? You have accepted Christ as your Savior and accepted His grace, and your faith is borne out by good works. I have accepted Christ as my Savior and accepted His grace, and my faith is borne out by good works, as best I can, in any case.”
~”It leads others astray from the grace of God and from
salvation.”~
How does my faith encouraging me to be a better person lead me “astray from the grace of God and from salvation?” If I have faith in Christ, who cares if I choose to do good works? How do my good works disqualify me from grace?

False doctrine about God, about Christ, about the true
gospel of grace that changes all three - if you believe it
and rely on it - will substitute for the truth. Your faith
in mormonism, if it encourages you to be a better person,
is irrelevant, when it comes to salvation.
If you promote those heresies and lead others into them,
you will be judged by a stricter standard, according to
scripture.
