Occupied Jerusalem: Israeli and American air forces started a joint exercise at Al Naqab Desert, south of Israel, in preparation for what many Israeli press reports said a potential military strike against Iran's nuclear facilities.
Although all Israeli officials refused to comment on the exercise, the Israeli Army radio was the first to leak reports about the one-week drill, saying that several warplanes are taking part in the exercises.
According to a high-profile Israeli Security source, "there is a common belief among Israeli army, security and government leaders that sooner or later, the United States will start a military operation against Iran, and Israel will play a part in that". ...

would that happen to be the Negev?
Yes
It’s great that we could keep it a secret.
Khalil Assali? Probably BS.
“Syrian and Iranian Generals in Intensive War Consultations” — Exclusive Report, June 9, 2007: http://www.debka.com/article.php?aid=1279
Debka got about a 25% accuracy rate. They report every single rumor. I would not take it too seriously.
I only wish they were planning war. Rather then hid behind the Do Nothing Congress in the USA, they should come out and play. Remember this? It would look tame compared to what would happen to the Iranian and Syrian military.

I caught that too. Stuck out like a sore thumb.
Sun Tzu believed that knowledge was the basis of victory. Therefore, the most potent weapon of war is to confuse the enemy’s knowledge.
Sun Tzu therefore said, “All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive.”
“When we are near, we must make the enemy believe that we are away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder and crush him.”
Funny I consult Sun Tzu often!
