They were no doubt totally oblivious to the significance of the Brand Name of the luggage which was written in English, presumably to look "chic"

This reminds me of how Mrs. Bat and I almost continually laugh our butts off on our trips to Honolulu....the Japanese turistas get off the plane and quickly don any "Logo" t-shirt they can find to look Americanese.

I swear, I could sell 100 "Tokyo and Osaka Both Suck Bigtime" each and every day at the airport, if I were a little better at graphic design.
