In Hillary’s case, “you know” gives her a second to think up her next lie. It’ also a sort of long distance touching.
Not true that liars are great speakers. Look at Jesus Christ, George Patton, Ronald Reagan, Winston Churchill, Duncan Hunter.......All great speakers. None of them liars.
I didn’t say that all great speakers were liars, only that liars usually made great speakers.
