Prosecutors who do this should face criminal charges and prison.

“The Georgia Bureau of Investigation determined that Officer Bunn was five feet or less from the Tahoe when he fired his revolver.”
Why don’t you figure out how many feet per second that is when you’re standing only 5 feet away. That’s about 205 ft per second. Your’e gonna need matrix reloaded speed.

i’m color blind
the legal system clearly in this case was not
introduce me to the first black who is revolted by this decision
like the muslim community, it is essential that the members of the class speak out when abuses are clear and present, or else all credibility is lost

Alanta is a negro enclave..... no justice there. The blacks are still suffering from the pangs of enslavement and can do no wrong.

If this story is true as it is written in this article then it sounds like the policeman's being Nifonged by this Howard cat.
Can anyone tell the skin color of either of these two individuals.
Could this be another example of those so called non racists blacks having an agenda of political lynchings against all white folks whether true or not.
Things are getting out of hand quickly when the rule of law is just a marker to be aimed for and not actually adhered to by elected representatives in government.

Ray’s website is available here. http://www.thetruthspeaks.org/ It includes the defense’s motions and evidence, as well as news coverage so that people can judge for themselves.

I just got a plea in the mail from a Tracey Bunn asking for donations for the legal defense of her husband, Ray. Anybody know if this is for real? The letter asks for contributions to the LELDF. The story is very heart breaking.

Yes, This story is very heart breaking. The letter is real and the need for this family is great. There is a website that you should go to www.thetruthspeaks.org. This should answer any questions that you have.

this right here is the another example of those who serve and protect for pennies on the dime and get thrown under the microscope because someone can use the leverage card. it makes me sick. we barely make enough to survive and we take the job to help others. to serve and protect. to be the person so many others don't want to be and have the responsibility for. if this is the way we fight crime then whats the point of having police? its not worth losing your life to save another if you are going to rot in jail because you defended yourself to see tomorrow. God bless this man for his service to ATL and the USA!!!! i don't see how anyone could have said they’d done different!!!

Statement: "On December 9, 2005, Ray Bunn was indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury, charged with murder and felony murder both capital offenses in Georgia plus aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and violation of oath. The indictment was the result of intense pressure from the black community on Paul Howard, the District Attorney. No trial date has been set."
Response: I wonder if the election of "Obama" will increase this type of result?

On December 9, 2005, Ray Bunn was indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury, charged with murder and felony murder both capital offenses in Georgia plus aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and violation of oath. They charged him with felony murder? Obviously this article does not give the whole story.

“Prosecutors who do this should face criminal charges and prison.”
