The F-104 is a good analogy for the MiG-25/31. It was a high speed interceptor, not really a dogfighter.

Besides, Indian pilots flying Cesnas could outfly the PAF.

According to some very recent media info, Indian Mig-25 would boom over Lahore and Islamabad in the 80s and their F-16s could do little except search for the smoke trail.
