For my relatives, I think it is a quality of care issue, too...
A friend of ours had to deliver her child stillborn in a janitors closet in England. Her facility was full, and that’s where they stuck her. She was not allowed to go anywhere else... and she was basically left alone for the most part as well as doctors and nurses dealt with other patients.
Last thing we need is following the socialized model of other nations. Other nations who largely pay for it by not having to have any significant standing military because they live under the umbrella of OUR protection.
This can be used to describe any and all of Moore's films.
Despite Moore’s obvious biases and hyperbole, the For Profit HMO’s take some well-deserved lumps. I detest Mickey Moore but consider this. If it is unethical for doctors to over-provide care, is it not more unethical for HMO’s to under-provide care?
