One of Bloomberg's ideas for cutting government spending nationwide: a complete ban on clearing and salting roads for snowstorms throughout America.

His reasoning: "If the roads are snowed in, just take the subway to work. That's what I do."

One of Bloomberg's ideas for cutting government spending nationwide: a complete ban on clearing and salting roads for snowstorms cleaning, or rebuilding properties, at taxpayers expense, in cities which are at or below sea level and have a history of hurricane-produced flooding or wind damage throughout America.

There. Fixed it.
