PASS THE WORD: Here's the MO being used to pass the amnesty atrocity (thanks to FReeper Ingtar's analysis):

Once the cloture vote is called (GOP leader McConnell and others have said they will vote FOR cloture), they will then vote "NO" on the bill---but it will pass, anyway.........thus covering their butts.

Amnesty must be killed on the cloture vote or it will be crammed through.
