And nobody is debating that the term “shadow government” has more than one meaning. I’m simply pointing out the use of the term in this thread... which is another appropriate use of the term when refering to the Council on Foriegn Relations.

Thank God, I haven't been following all the other threads here.

I just looked and noticed, people are using the initials CFR, for both things (council of foreign relations and campaign finance reform), and I see some freepers here not realize they are debating 2 totally seperate things, due to mass confusion this is becoming jibber jabberish.
