Which Fred is Running for President?
GreatMindsThinkRight ^ | 6/21/07 | JB Williams

I probably know more about Fred Thompson than any other candidate, which is why I worked with my reader base to help draft Fred into the ‘08 Presidential race. But that doesn’t mean that an honest concerned American doesn’t need to ask the right questions before climbing fully onboard any political train today.

If Jesus Christ himself were running today, we’d have to ask the same questions in light of today’s deception and corruption filled arena of national politics, especially if Jesus is now a member of CFR. So, though I’m thrilled that Fred Thompson has answered the people’s call to run, I’m still waiting to see which Fred is going to run.

You should call anyone wanting to fence themselves in and cut themselves off the fair free international trade an “isolationist”...

I don't think Hunter is an isolationist. I didn't realize though, is that he has strong protectionist leanings, he doesn't seem totally opposed to free trade, but he does seem to be mostly against it.

Then again, it could be a nuanced position, but on free trade, I'm not that farmiliar with Hunter, I had assumed he was pro-free trade.

Not sure what point you are attempting to make here???

A “shadow government” is any un-elected body operating from outside of the elected body, with the purpose of directly calling the official policy shots from the dark closet.

“Government” establishes government policy. “Shadow” governments work in the dark secrecy of the “shadows” behind the visible government to affect those policies, hence the name “shadow government”.

It’s much like the puppeteer who pulls the strings of the puppet from behind the curtain, in the shadows, unseen, but very much in control.

In the case of an organization like CFR, they operate openly in the light. It’s only when one comes to realize exactly how much power they have to influence official policy that they begin to look like an un-elected “shadow government”.

Your relative point is what?

5% among Republicans... 1% among “conservatives”... less than 1% in any general poll... just like Ron Paul...

Good luck winning an election with any of those numbers...

I’d love to see ANY poll where he breaks 2% among conservatives or GOPers... In the latest New Hampshire poll, he didn’t get a single vote. NOT ONE. Out of nearly 400. That’s pathetic, and it’s time folks here accept the reality that he’s DOA.

oy, Shadow government does NOT operate in secret (which is why the name is dumb).

Its NOT behind closed doors, are you farmiliar with parlimentary systems?

In England, the concept is used often, and pretty much everywhere else in the world.

David Cameron is the leader of the opposition, Liam Fox is the shadow sec of state for defence. It would be like the democratic nominee naming her entire cabinet in advance, and them campaigning together.

You've taken the name shadow government, assumed a meaning, and made it the same thing as puppet government.

It could be as simple as this, you have a defination you are using, In parlimentary government, the name shadow government has absolutly no connection to the puppet government you are talking about, the name is misleading, ignore the name, and its connation.

I'm sorry to say this, but I had a feeling most people would see the name shadow government, jump to the wrong conclusion, and assume puppet (like CFR as you noted) instead of using the actual defination, and the proper referance, which is simply a named counterpart cabinet.....not a puppet government, not a think tank, not some conspiracy story.

First time I've ever seen Duncan Hunter compared to John Kerry, but then again, some folks do compare apples to oranges.

I’m agreeing with you...

I’m simply pointing out that 1% - 5% is not enough to encourage any serious race...

So only candidates that supported the abomination called CFR can get elected? I did not know that. What other constitutional rights will St.Fred try to stomp on when he gets some governmental power behind him? Yes, you heard me, I criticized Fred!!!! OH NO!

NO - NO - NO Sonny!!!!!

What country are you from????

Bilderberg is a “shadow government” operating as a “think tank”.

The Trilateral Commission is a “think tank” which also seeks to pull governments strings from the shadows of un-elected governments.

CFR is just another “think tank” trying to influence official policy from the “shadows”....

What country are you from? Are you by chance a “Rhodes Scholar” or member of “Skull & Bones”?

Secret societies exist, calling themselves “think tanks” focusing upon world order and government policies from outside of elected office.

You REALLY need to do some homework my friend...

Start by reading the following two documents...

http://www.cfr.org/content/publications/attachments/NorthAmerica_TF_eng.pdf

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2005/03/20050323-1.html

Then you will understand what a “shadow government” is and how it works.

Until then, don’t bother trying to talk about something you clearly know nothing about.

That’s because you are too busy talking to do any research.

Look up the members of CFR. Look at CFR footprints throughout EVERY U.S. policy.

Study CFR and note that they make certain that they are directly or indirectly connected to EVERY powerful politician in America today, note I said “powerful”.

If one is not already connected to CFR, they will find it very difficult to hold any power in the US today. If they find a way to gain power, CFR will be waiting to greet them upon arrival...

Do your homework first - then speak. Otherwise, your opinion is of no value to anyone.
