Let’s face it..the Democrats and their RINO pals are the modern equivalent of the Nazis. At some point, we’ll see what the Second Amendment was really meant to be used for.

Again, freedom of speech only when you agree with them. What about the degrading rap music on the air? That is offensive to many more people than talk radio. Let them try is all I can say.
Is it just me, or are these people seeming more desperate and more "out there" by the day?!?

Our congress has no respect for free speech. It’s getting absolutely disgusting.

It was all over Sean Hannity this afternoon... Mark Levin talked about it most of his show today, and Jerry Agar is talking about it now. Amazing the number of people calling in who don't seem to grasp the results.

Would such legislation pass the constituionality test? That very much depends on who's scoring the test, dontcha think?

So who’s the Senator making the claim?

At first glance I would say this wouldn’t stand a chance in hell of passing, since it would have to overcome a filibuster, but after thinking about it some.... It may very well pass. There are some politicians, and I mean Republicans, who would rather see communications that may be critical of them silenced. Any politician who voted for campaign finance “reform” would support this. I also wouldn’t be at all surprised if Bush signs it too.
If this happens, the internet WILL be next!
THIS MUST BE STOPPED!!!
