Hate-Rudy slander campaign

HAAATE! HAAATE!

So tell us what the slander is against Rudy that posters on FR have been making. That's a pretty serious charge. Back it up.

Is Rudy strongly pro-choice? Yes.

Is Rudy pro-gun-control? Yes.

Is Rudy pro-gay-agenda? Yes.

Does Rudy buy into human-caused global warming? Yes.

Does Rudy support CFR? Yes.

Does Rudy support amnesty? Yes.

Did Rudy defy federal law and federal court orders by keeping NYC's Sanctuary city policy in place? Yes.

Did Rudy push Bernie Kerik for the most important anti-terror job in the country? Yes.

I could go on. But that's plenty right there to fight Rudy's campaign tooth and nail.

Rudy’s they only one standing up for conservatives

If what he is doing is 'standing up for conservatives' then this country is in really, really deep trouble.

Truth is slander when it’s used a against a liberal.

“You evil conservatives! You’re telling the truth about my candidate! How dare you!”

I will end illegal immigration, secure our borders, and identify every non-citizen in our nation.

Kaus thinks this is code for amnesty, as the only way you could end illegal imigration completely and identify every non-citizen is to support amnesty and put them in the rumored data base. I tend to believe him, as rudy was sympathetic to illegals in deed before running for President.

He got praise for this little scorecard. It simplified what he says he stands for and on the surface it's a nice political move.

read it closly and he never really spells out how he intends to accomplish these promises, and exactly what he promises. he says he'll cut taxes. he doesn't say he won't raise taxes, and he doesn't say who's taxes will be cut. Says he'll reform the tax code, but the tax code is reformed every year they pass a budget or adjust legislation renewing tax cuts. Just what does he mean. ,p> The part that bother me the most is the use of "I". "I" as in HE will "ALLOW" us to have greater access to healthcare. gee, thanks for permission.

I suppose this could be considered nitpicking, but his record gives reasons to warrant suspicion.

The sad thing is you Bushbots

For your information, I am not a "Bushbot". Far from it.

but you folks and your Hate-Rudy slander campaign must want Hillary to win

The truth isn't "slander". Rudy is a liberal gun-grabber.

Think wishy-washy, global warming, fake finance reform McCain can win the country? Or the Mass. governor that did little to reform his rabidly socialist state?

IMO McCain is mentally unstable. Romney, like Giuliani, is a liberal gun-grabber, who wants a ban on semi-automatic "assault weapons", and seems to think the Second Amendment protects the right to hunt.

BTW Ever hear of Fred Thompson?

Wake up people.

That's a good one, coming from a supporter of a liberal RINO.

Giuliani vs. Clinton (or any other Dem) is a win-win situation for leftist-liberals, and a guaranteed loss for conservatives.

Rudy has a track record of accomplishing what he sets out to do. I like what he says here. I think Fred will get the nomination anyway.

Did you get lost in time?

If McCain was ever popular here, it was well before my time. Probably back in 2000 before he had his Howie moment and attacked Christians.

Romney barely registers in FR polls.

Whatever enthusiasm and respect I had for Bush died long ago, as it did for most here. BushBots are a rare species these days.

And other then the WOT, which isn’t supposed to be a conservative issue, just what conservative principle is Rudy protecting? Last i knew he was ranked as Liberal as Hillary outside the WOT so basically you want us to cheerlead this guy to office because he has an “R” by his name. yeah, those days are over.

The guy you conveniently leave off, Thompson, I haven’t enough information to say definitively I’d vote for but I’m quite clear on the fact he’s more of a champion for conservative principles then the other three combined.

Thats true....non-BooshBots have major problems with Rudy. Rudster is pretty much a liberal, and weak on border security...judging by his law firm’s work on the TransTexas Corridor

I work for the Federal government, and I for one can say that forcing agencies to cut 5 to 20 percent is definitely a good idea. The government needs a good downsizing.

(If I’m one of the ones to go, so be it. If I’m not needed, I’ll find another way to earn a living. If the next president does fire people, rest assured I won’t be one of the whiners.)

Well, lookie here. -----"Rudy Commits to Reforming Washington." ----- Who told you to say that Rooty? As if we didn't know.

Too bad pro-abort, pro-gay, anti-gun Rooty keeps forgetting to tell voters Plan A is to toss conservatives off the Repub flotilla, and have liberals take complete control of the US government.

Everything Giuliani says is an anagram for "I can't wait to get my hands on US government power." Advancing his and his handler's crass global ambitions is the name of the game. The rest of us are all pawns and peons in Rooty's game. Read on.

The Washington Post recently reported that Giuliani Capital Advisors "was sold for an undisclosed amount as Giuliani was preparing his run for president." The Post article also discloses that Giuliani’s secretive lobbying firm, Giuliani Partners, has made more than $100 million over the last five years and that its clients "are required to sign confidentiality agreements, so they do not comment about the work they receive or how much they are paying for it. Though now running for president, Giuliani refuses to identify his clients, disclose his compensation or reveal any details about Giuliani Partners. He also declined to be interviewed about the firm." The paper provided some details, based "on a review of corporate, government and court records, along with scores of interviews with clients and government officials who have interacted with Giuliani Partners."

(3) Giuliani-Kerik (re-named Giuliani Security and Safety, after the departure of the tainted ex-Police Commissioner),
(4) Giuliani-Van Essen,
(5) Bracewell & Giuliani LLP law firm (based in Texas with global interests), and

MORE BACKGROUND Giuliani firm has Venezuela ties

The law firm headlined by presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani does business with a company tied to Venezuelan leader Hugo Chávez, who has called President Bush ``the devil.'' Bracewell & Giuliani lobbies on behalf of Texas-based Citgo Petroleum, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Venezuelan oil company controlled by Chávez. The Bush administration said last year that Venezuela was ''not cooperating fully'' with antiterrorism efforts, stopping one step short of grouping the country with state sponsors of terrorism like Iran, Syria and Cuba. Giuliani, the former New York City mayor best known for his leadership after the Sept. 11 terrorism attacks, does not personally lobby for Citgo, though he is a senior partner at the firm and shares in its profits. Through a combination of fiscal conservatism, economic revitalization, and 23 tax cuts, I turned the deficit into a multi-billion dollar surplus.

This is an out-and-out, shameless lie. According to Giuliani's own budget figures, even before 9/11/2001 his administration projected a $2.64 billion budget deficit for fiscal year 2002. Other figures estimate that Giuliani left the city with a $4 billion deficit. Unless this is another one of Giuliani's "depends on what the meaning of 'is' is" statements -- maybe he'll claim that he did indeed turn the deficit into a surplus...you know, before he turned the surplus into a deficit again?
