Most people don't know that in the past 15 years a flood of NY and MA yuppies have spilled into Maine, jerking the state to the far Left. Maine has the fourth most generous welfare benefits and social give-aways in the US.
I was sentenced to three years in Maine, while in school in the early ‘80s. (my father is employed in the paper industry) Luckily, the sentence was commuted and he was transferred back to Texas in ‘83, it must be terrible there now if it has been overrun by the NY/MA crowd.
